  2. Main Workout: The core of the class. Flexx Days (strength) and Fiire (endurance) Days provide workouts tailored to your current fitness level and goals. Equipment for Flexx & Firre classes can include, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, bikes, ergs, Dynamax balls, slam balls, medicine balls, bands, boxes, and more. Classes are an hour long.
